Al Biles & GenJam play straight-up jazz. They play off each other as they improvise musical conversations, but GenJam is software that evolves what it plays by breeding its own ideas with what it hears Al play. Spontaneous, interactive, and fun!

Al Biles

Al Biles is a professor in the School of Interactive Games and Media at RIT. He has been developing GenJam since 1993 and has performed with it all over the world.
